What I didn’t like about this property is some of it rules. They will not give you more than two towels to a room. I asked for a 3rd and was denied. Frustrating… They also will not give you a 2nd key to the room. Petty rules or guidelines that have been set for the staff that can be annoying. I requested to speak with the Manager and the front desk person went to get them, but returned to tell me they were busy and could not speak to me. I never got to meet or speak to the manager. The facilities are clean but unyielding petty rules make it unlikely that I will stay there again.

The property has large rooms, comfortable bed, good A/C and has good amenities. However there were some minor issues: Noise from bars outside kept me awake some nights (opt for pool view room if you can). Asked for a fresh towel one evening for a guest and got told no. Never been refused a fresh towel before. Towels in general had seen better days, very worn and tatty with holes and frays. Staff mostly helpful but sometimes not. I hurt myself quite badly one day and phoned reception to ask for a first aid kit. They didn’t have one (fair enough) but when I asked where the nearest place is that could sell first aid supplies they said they didn’t know and hung up. Overall though, the hotel is nice and very comfortable and in a great location. For the price, I will return.

Hotel is a good value for the price. It's location is closer to 3rd road than Soi Buakhao. There is a coin laundromat very close, Jasmine restaurant on 3rd road and Witherspoon's on Buakhao are decent food options. The bedding was nice but the pillows were too thick and not soft. The bed frame itself is old laminate, I wasn't careful at night and scratched my leg on it while walking past it. The towels were old and worn, one day the floor mat was replaced with one that had a home in it... LOL I feel like a lot of hotels in this price range have old towels bit I never had one with a home in it...

I always stay at this hotel great value for your money. Close to Soi Buakhao and Central Mall is a short walk. The staff are very welcoming and rooms cleaned. The restaurant has a good menu at a good price.Relaxing atmosphere.
