Villa Azul Graca (sleeps 4) situated in central Portugal Graça. . The Villa offers you peace and tranquility in our house with exclusive use of the luxury 10x5m Heated Swimming Pool.
We are far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday hectic life yet close enough to the main highway for easy commuting to nearby attractions. Villa with your own private entrance, 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 is a double 'queen sized' bed, bedroom 2 is a twin room with two single beds, both bedrooms have flat screen TVs with Apple TV and are air conditioned. There are 2 bathrooms both of which comprise of waterfall shower, WC and sink.

The living room has a 3 seat and single seat recliner sofas, 42” flat screen TV with Apple TV and a dinning table that seats up to 4 people, it has an almost 360 degree view of the landscaped gardens and also overlooks the heated swimming pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cups & glasses, cutlery and all essential utensils. It has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, a coffee maker and ice machine too.

Outside the gardens are beautifully landscaped and there is a large outside kitchen for guest use with BBQ and mini fridges and a pizza oven

There is also a games room with a ping pong table, air hockey and pool table, this room also doubles as a gym with exercise bike, cross-trainer and rowing machine. It is also fitted with 150" cinema screen which is HD 3D 4k, we have an extensive Blu-ray library of movies that can be best used after dark in comfy leather sofas, so get the popcorn ready!!!

The entire space is yours exclusively when you rent Villa Azul. The villa, the heated swimming pool, the games room/gym/cinema, outside kitchen a large outside dinning seating area with beautifully landscaped gardens are for your use only whilst you are here, NO sharing! :-)

When you book the price you pay is for the entire property, the villa sleeps up to a maximum of 4 people.
