Dear Janet, Thank you for your review, it's clear from this and the emails that you have sent to us that you weren't happy, but it is sad that you didn't mention your concerns to us during the two days of your stay so that we could address them. I even met you in the street, and though you looked glum (you were visiting elderly relatives, so I imagined that was the issue), you didn't say anything other than 'hello'. We can’t really help if you complain after the event, and there were several things we could have done to help.We would normally ask if everything was OK when you check out, but as you left without speaking to anyone, or indeed paying your bill, that wasn’t possible.
There's a restaurant on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Free breakfast is served daily. Public spaces have free WiFi.
