Ideally located just a short stroll from a choice of 2 beautiful sandy beaches , as well as several restaurants and bars , you will have everything you need nearby . Back at the villa you will have your own private pool and plenty of outdoor space for everyone to enjoy . The Space

The Villa is accessed via a pedestrian gate from the street , with 4 steps leading up to the front door . There is also a gated off-road parking area for your hire car .

Guest Access

The spacious kitchen , dining and living area is open plan in style and comfortably furnished with 2 sofas , a flat screen TV and dining table with chairs . 2 sets of sliding doors open out the rear terrace , ideal for easy access to the BBQ area as well as allowing plenty of natural light to fill the room . There is also a door opening from the living area to a small covered terrace at the front of the villa . The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped for preparing those tasty holiday meals.

Villa has 5 bedrooms in total , all located on the first floor but two on ground floor . There is bright and airy double bedroom with its own private balcony . The perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee . The second double bedroom has an en suite shower room and shares a large balcony with the twin bedroom , with wonderful views over the distant countryside . There is also a separate bathroom , as well as a WC on the ground floor.
