You get what you pay for!
The location and price are great! Unfortunately, the beds are very uncomfortable and the doors slamming all night and early in the morning made it hard to sleep.

Staff were great. The room was clean. As a female traveling alone I felt safe. The property is old, but the room was updated and comfortable. I stayed in Rm 105 on the first floor next to the 2nd story stairs and it wasn’t bad. Bring ear plugs when traveling if you are sensitive to noises. For the prices I was extremely happy with my stay.

Great for the price!
The customer service was incredible! Everyone was very communicative and friendly. The knob for the shower on the faucet was not on the faucet and was sitting on top of the toilet but overall our stay was affordable and what we were looking for. Again customer service was great.

The rooms were dirty, bug infested and disappointing. I'm ok with an older building but the rooms werent clean. Room 1 had bugs in the kitchenette and the bathroom was dirty but we were just going to stick it out as there werent many rooms available. Once the tv stopped working we were moved to a second room. It had tape arpund the light fixture in the bathroom from past painting with dead bugs. We found a few cockroaches in the stove nicotine stains and something smeared on the walls. They didnt even leave toilet paper in the room. We stayed one night because it was very late but then lwft early the next morning. They refunded us for the second night and we went somewhere else. The woman at reception was very nice, i will never stay here again. It is disgusting.DO NOT DO IT.

Two days before my reservation they called me and they wanted me to paid. I said no because I did not know who was calling. I told them I would come in and pay when we came into town at 11. When we got there they said you canceled my room. I said no we just drove 5 hours and they said they where over booked. Not my problem so of course they had one room left. It just all seemed really weird. I have not ever had a problem with Hot Wire. Also the door we had to go in had young men handing around smoking was scary for two women. The hall on our floor smelled like pot it was suppose to be no smoking. I go to the Pendleton Rodeo every year but WILL NOT stay at the OXO again. Expedia does this happen to your reservations often?

I received the worse treatment from the staff at OYO as my reservations through Expedia were not honored. Because of this I had to drive back home as it was Pendleton round up and everything is booked up. I am not going to allow anyone to extort money from me or treat me that way. This review stands as is!

When we got there they said our reservation was cancelled but they could give it to us for double what I booked it for. Finally, she gave us the cost I that booked it for through hotels.com. No amenities. No coffee pot, no iron, no blow dryer. Just a room. The sheets and bathroom were clean thats the only positive I can give this hotel. Homeless were sleeping in parking lot, people sleeping in their cars. The only reason we stayed there is the Pendelton Roundup nothing else available. Luckily we were not at room very much. Will never stay there again.

Do not stay here. My reservation was confirmed but somehow the hotel cancelled my reservation last minute. They would not accommodate me despite me showing them my confirmation/itinerary. This also happened to woman standing behind me-denied reservation despite having a confirmed room reserved. No one has returned my multiple attempts of reaching out.

The whole room was falling apart. It needs to be renovated. The AC didn’t work and thr cover keeps falling off. Lots of things on the walls and sheets were not clean.

The staff was super nice , but the area is rough, a lot of foot traffic from homeless and people on bikes because they share a parking lot with a resultant and most of the parking is behind the buildings and no staff patrol or security anywhere with so much foot traffic and people just hanging around the parking lots . So beware of your vehicles and belongings .

We stay for 2 nights. It was pretty good. The motel is pretty old, even with the closed windows it was still noisy. Hands up, there is no iron or hair dryer, or any paper tissues. Other all not too shabby.
