Kleinod in toller Lage
Sehr gut ausgestattete 2-Raum-Wohnung mit Terrasse und kleinem Innenhof (windgeschützt) in toller Lage an der Ostkaimauer von Baleal mit Blick auf Strand und Felsenküste. Fussweg zum Strand 20m! Durch einen intelligenten Zuschnitt (Schlafkoje) hat man trotz der geringen Grösse ausreichend Platz. Es wird viel Wert gelegt auf wichtige Details: Belüftung / Raumklima, Ausstattung der Küche, Aussenbeleuchtung, Aussendusche, stabiles WLAN, etc. Hinweis: Insbesondere am Wochenende kommen einige Touristen und auch Autos an der Wohnung vorbei (Inselrundweg) sind aber durch die vordere Terrasse etwas auf Abstand. Mich hat es nicht gestört.
