Fall at the beach
The property is great! Pensacola is our favorite beach. The only thing I could say would be the kitchen could use a few more pots pans and glasswear/dishes. I would totally recommend it!

Lots of stairs Blue Angels Weekend
The location of this property was great. Walking beach or ICWW access. Had a small pool. Lay out was ok. The unit is stuck between wanting to be updated and still stuck in the past. The kitchen is galley style and very narrow but we made it work. Unseasonably hot temperatures had the AC unit on the struggle bus but it did maintain 72 during the day. With the AC temp gauge in the bottom area it was very warm in the main area and the loft. Biggest thing for me was the uneven steps going down on each of the 3 staircases inside and the super low handrails.

Bay Side was a Winner
We weren't sure about staying bay side, but we loved it! The gulf side was just across the street so very convenient, but we really enjoyed the calm of the bay, especially in the evenings. We didn't have children with us but if we had, the bay would have been even better. It offered a larger shallow area and calmer wat waters with a nice beach. We spent about half our time on the gulf and half on the bay. The location wasn't walking distance to many restaurants, etc., but it was at the end of the island, so the crowds weren't bad, even on July 4th. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful..close to bay and beach
We have stayed at Palm Beach Club many times in the last 20 years. This visit did not disappoint. We had a minor issue which management swiftly addressed and corrected. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the proximity to pool, bay, and beach.

We were Promised NO Construction
We had read about ongoing heavy construction being performed on the units where we reserved to stay, and we called to cancel our vacation as who would want to deal with saws, cranes, loud drills, sanders, scaffolding, debris, and metal scraps laying around everywhere? We were promised that there would be zero construction on the unit we were staying in, and on day two, our door was blocked by workers with sanders and drills leaving us unable to leave our unit. This loud and obnoxious noise continued for the rest of our stay. The management came in after we had dealt with this for days as our 1.5-year-old was constantly being awakened by these workers. There were metal scrap hazards all over the floors in the unit, and access to the beach was blocked by the cranes and heavy equipment on site. I paid a premium for this week and cannot tell you how disappointed I was that management did not offer any compensation for the terrible experience with our annual family vacation. This entire event was ruined and I cannot express the disappointment and disillusionment I feel after being taken advantage of by this unconcerned and indifferent response from this management company. While I realize that updates and renovations need to be done, do not take advantage of your renters and have them stay in the midst of the construction. I would believe that some recompense of a great magnitude is in order and appropriate.

Nice property. Beach access is easy and just across the street. Restaurants are a short drive away. Only criticism and being it's pretty picky is that the carpet on the stairs needs replaced or removed. Lots of sand! Also, this unit could use a new toaster. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location for Family Trips
We loved how close the beach was for our little ones. The condo set-up is perfect for kids. They were enamored with the reading nook and trundle bed set-up. We were also thankful for how responsive the property management team was when we needed help with an issue that was out of their control due to weather. We would happily return!
