Nice hotel
It was a nice hotel, but most of the outlets for charging electronics didn't work. We ended up buying a couple of surge protectors to do so. That was our biggest complaint.

We were very pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the property, however we couldn’t sleep because the air conditioning system was too loud. It went on and off all night long and either needs to be adjusted or replaced. Other than that, it was fine.

A "no go" for sure
This was a very disappointing visit and a location that we will not return to. Requested fresh linen as we spent 5 nights and could not give housekeeping to change the linen. I had the front desk to bring me sheets so that I could change the linen myself. Then the elevator was not working from July 3 - 7. This was a serious challenge for us as we are both seniors with limited mobility. Breakfast selection left us with very little to be desired. These three strikes determined that this location is unsatisfactory for seasoned travelers.

Staff was really friendly and helpful as well as the “Expedia Agent” I got to my hotel and forgot my id only had a picture but they did not accept that they wanted the real id so Expedia agent helped me change the reservation name to my fathers name since he did have his id thank you so much for that “Expedia Agent”! One thing I did not like was that the whole 3 nights we did stay there they did not clean the room at all just went in and dropped off towels but left the trash beds undone and etc ..

The people i spoke with were all friendly and helpfull. My room was immaculate. When i go back to area for a visit i will not hesitate to stay at the milton best western.

Not clean and smelled moldy
We stayed here one night on our way to Disney. Had it not been so late when we arrived we would have left. This place felt and was dirty, bugs in room, and dirty walls. I slept on top of the bed linens with my own blanket and prayed for no bed bugs. Room smelled like mold.

This place is fine if youre lookong for a quick stop and a warm breakfast in the mornong. The room was clean but outdated. The walls where two different colors where they painted over something in several spots. We stayed for 4 nights and had to have our key reprogrammed every single day which was super annoying. The pool was open but dirty. We didnt see anyone clean it the whole time we were there. It was still swimmable. We have family in milton so we would probably stay again.
