The property was great EXCEPT we had no hot water for the entire stay. We were constantly told it would be fixed “tomorrow “ except at check in when I was told that the service company was on site and it should be fixed today!

I liked that there was a variety of restaurants around the property in which to choose. I didn't like that there was no hot water and there hadn't been for a number of days according to other guests. Suggest that when there is a major issue such as no hot water, upon check in advise the guest that there will be some sort of reparation for the inconvenience rather than wait until the guest reaches out and requests it. A housekeeper visited our room however, the trash cans were not emptied, and our bath towels weren't replenished. There was mold around the tub and behind the curtains. For the price, customer service and cleanliness should be a priority. The hot water issue could have been overlooked if there were no other issues.

No hot water was available during the entire stay of two days. We found out later that this was an ongoing issue for several days before our arrival and attempt was made to make this known to anyone who had a booking. Very disappointing.

I feel like for the price point, the Hampton Inn left a lot to be desired. The hot water wasn’t working the entire time and the fix kept being pushed back. This, plus little things, such as our room door not shutting all the way without slamming it, the shampoo not being full, and our big room lamp not working added to the lower review. I also feel like some of the staff weren’t pleasant to interact with. At our check-in, one of the front desk agents asked my girlfriend to if she spoke Spanish and needed her to translate to a guest. Never thanked her or greeted her, simply “do you speak Spanish?”. We were coming back from dinner and our room key wouldn’t open the parking gate. I called the front desk from the keypad and told her I’m staying here, my room number and that my key couldn’t get me in the lot. She asked me if I was staying at the hotel after I told her, I said yes, she told me to go to the front desk. I said I can’t get in the parking lot, my key isn’t working. She said go to the front desk. I repeated I get into the parking lot, my key isn’t working. She told me to put my card to the sensor and it should open. I told her I did that already, which is why I was calling. She was short with me and said “let’s start over, your key isn’t working, you need to go to the front desk. Thank you, bye.” I feel like most of the staff we interacted with weren’t welcoming or helpful, and the little details gave us an unpleasant stay.

The hotel had no hot water for the entirety of our stay (4 days) did not tell us at check in about the issue. We go to our room and there is a collection of bugs in the bathroom with more dead ones in the closet. The only consideration given was that parking fees were to be waived.

We made our reservation on 8/9, hot water went out for the entire property on 8/12 and I was not notified until check in at 4pm. Arrived at the property at 2pm and was put on the wait list for possible early chrck in and was not the property had no hot water. A new staff employee told hot water was about all week and they were wanting on a part when we were sitting outside on the deck at 6pm. Our refrigerator was not working to keep our drinks and sandwich meat cold. Called the front desk multiple times between 8:30 and 9:00pm with no answer. The toilet seat wasn't clean and the tub had mold. I'm very disappointed in the experience. We were offered free parking and four well drinks. We had dinner plans last night and couldn't wash my hair because the water was too cold. I expect an adjusted rate or full reimbursement for the stay.
