I liked the property, and staff were helpful. My room was run down, the door was hard to open and shut. Door locks were in disrepair. Picture window was so dirty, you could barely see through it. And the body wash provided was empty. Lets just say it could have been so much better.

Loved the property, beautiful views! I was not impressed by the service level maybe it was because we stayed in the middle of the week. We ordered breakfast and never received it. We asked for bedding for the sofa sleeper never received it, we went down and asked again for the bedding and just took it up to our room. I assumed they were busy no apology was offered for either mishap. The food from the restaurant was amazing! The food and Beauty of the property made this trip.

We rented a suite; the condenser was broken and our carpets were wet. The room smelled like a wet dog. We were initially notified by maintenance that this problem was know prior to our move in and we should not have been moved into the unit. No unit of equal size was available for the 4 of us to move us into. They did comp us one night….. but still…. And there were no sheets for the pull out bed. I stay at this Hilton every year for the triathlon; and every year the room conditions seem to get worse and worse.
