GREAT PLACE TO STAY! Staff is extremely helpful and very nice! In the middle of everything that's Pensacola. Hard to get into the property and hard to get out. Nothing but biscuits with cheese for breakfast, ok because there are other options

Very disappointing for a Hilton property!! The bed cover had stains on it, the front desk employee said he didn’t have another room and just handed me a new bedding set!! There is an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel and gets stronger inside the room. Thank God we were there for only one night on our drive back to Texas. Will not stay there again!

I liked the location. I liked the cleanest. Didn't like the difficulty in bring luggage to my room th cart is difficult to manag on the carpet. I did not like that they would not give me my reward points.

I liked the set up of my room. I didn't like moving the cart down a very long hall and unable to get the lounge cart into the room. I didn't like that wouldn't honor my points fir the stay. I didn't find the staff to be friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located close to highway I-10 but unfortunately it’s a little dirty. Our pillows were stained and looked very nasty, the sofa bed was very very uncomfortable. There were a bunch of towels on the hallway that were never picked up and made the place looked bad. Breakfast was ok no oatmeal or bacon it was kind of disappointing.
