Hotel is old ran down. Tv didn’t work. Kept getting locked out of our room. Maintenance had to break into our room cause key pad would work. We stayed 5 nights everyday I’d have to go get new keys at least 3 times cause they wouldn’t work. But bartenders Holly and Megan were awesome!! I’d would stay there again only because staff was nice. The room was clean but had rust around door frames. Or balcony door was broken. If you want just a clean awesome staff it’s worth the stay.

It was a terrible stay the workers came in my room after they were told not to and told all my $170 worth of food and drinks that were in the fridge and my personal belongings. My $70 phone charger and some other items.. this occurred after the head inspector specifically told them that the room was not to be cleaned or entered... all together I'm out about $300 worth of my stuff.. poor staff and ridiculous management jesse hooper

It was nice but they charge you to park 10 dollars a night. The first room we stayed in was so damp and wet that there was water seeping through the floor. So we ask to be changed and they did. It always been a super clean hotel but that parking fee sucks !! I do love that’s it’s right on the beach !!

The hotel needs some serious updating. Sinks won’t drain, balcony door kept getting stuck, bathtub wouldn’t stop dripping, no towel racks, no pictures on the walls, and the air conditioner was so loud we had to turn the tv way up to hear it.

Location & beach were perfect. We had a gulf view room with balcony. Property is nice, 2 pools, small bar on site. There is only 1 ice machine in all of building A & it was broken. We finally found one that worked by the pool purely by accident. No one ever told us at check in that the machine in our building was broken, nor did they mention they were unable to get caffeinated coffee due to their supplier out of Tampa. We dealt with it, but would have been nice to know at checkin. Parking is $10/day ( why???) And they have coffee/donuts off the lobby for an additional charge. Overall a nice property for the off season price. Need a car to get around.

Loved the location! Beautiful beach access, and excellent pool/tiki bar! Had an issue with something in my room that was never addressed. Even reached out after stay to discuss it and got a "bot" which didn't help.
