Shower in our room…232…did not drain properly. Continental breakfast was great and staff there were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again

They need tp do a couple things - the lighting in our unit was not good - living room lamps in the bedrooms too large for the table. Bad ceiling fan lighting in the living area. Scottish mist shower pressure. But most important is the bedroom drapery needs top be improved we had to use bandaids and snore strips to attach them to the wall because they are too short and too far out from the wall allowing the outside very bright light to shine directly on our faces - first night I had to try head at foot of the bed...will bring a sleep mask next time. Everything else was absolutely wonderful once again. We will still always stay here when in Penticton.

The rooms were dated but clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was great. The continental breakfast was the best we'd ever had and our kids loved it the mini waffles and sprinkles. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent filling daily breakfast especially the make-it-yourself waffles with ample syrup, the hot scrambled eggs and either sausages, ham or bacon and sometimes all 3 along with usual cereals, yoghurt, bread,toast,muffins and fruit. The women there do a superb job of re-filling supplies and keeping tables clean for the next person - Kudos to you all!

This property was in a perfect location for us to explore the wineries near Oliver, Oosooyos and around Penticton. And it was just a 20 min walk to Lake Skaha and the lovely Dragonboat pub where we enjoyed several gorgeous sunsets. The complimentary breakfast was superb and the staff so helpful. We were a little disappointed that the promised midweek cleaning of our room did not happen. But we enjoyed our stay.
