Marillia Village

"Good location by the beach but on a noisy road - continuous drop offs to the neighbouring hotel during the day by huge buses. Cleaning was not up to a 4 star standard - towels from the guests before were left behind the bathroom door, the bed wasn’t made properly/different everyday, a cleaning cloth was left on the sofa. The drain in the shower was not working properly and no one attempted to fix it even after asking twice. Breakfast had few options for vegetarians let alone vegan stuff even though I had asked via email before arrival. Service and hospitality of the staff left much to be desired, especially for a 4 star property - the day manager especially dealt with complaints very badly. Stuff that is advertised on the website as amenities are not available, think bikes etc. Pretty decorations all around, pool was nice, but not worth the money considering all the other factors. "
