What a gem Aurea Hotel is. Friendly professional staff, clean modest rooms, bright light interior, easy walking to Kings Park and the city of Perth. Shall stay there again.

Lovely little hotel
The hotel was lovely. Gorgeous, cosy rooms. Very clean, very modern. I’m the perfect location if you love nature with John Oldham park across the road and Kings Park behind the hotel. We loved staying here and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I liked how it was both close to city centre and to kings park. On my first stay at the hotel there was a sticker and hair in the shower cubicle and my air cond would not turn off. I notified staff about this and they could not turn it off either. When I returned after 8 days my second apartment was better.

Room was quite small but good. There needs to be some hooks on the wall as there is nowhere to hang gowns or anything as there is not much shelf space either. The staff were fantastic as was the dinner (never tried breakfast). Location to town is good.

We stayed 4 nights at the Hotel. We had a balcony room which overlooked the park and lake with view of the city on one side and south Perth on the right. Smaller Hotel with 71 rooms. The room was beautiful, the linen toiletries and amenities were exceptional. Breakfast menu was small but well presented and plentiful as was the dinner menu. Very happy to recommend the Hotel, staff and amenities.
