We found the room to be adequately equiped for our stay however had quite a few mosquitoes in there and we didn’t leave any doors open so not sure where they came from. The room also had a musty smell which wasn’t nice. The pool and spa were nice and receptionists friendly

Daniel and the staff, Ashlee at the Firehouse Grill, all superb at guest relations! Thank you so much for the hospitality and warm welcome! The communications throughout the day were stellar; I made last minute reservations on the fly, literally, in the Hong Kong airport because pre-made plans fell through.
