Our unit was good. I did report that the chairs were very uncomfortable & one had a leg that wasn't straight. We left a couple of things behind in the unit which were taken to the office where I was able to collect them. Very much appreciated.

Room 10, As an older property the room was presented quite well. Had kettle, toaster, microwave and quaint table and tub chairs. Bed was comfortable but pillows and cushion fillings felt very old and bumbly, sheet had a small tear. Small but upgraded bathroom, but only having very small basin made it awkward to wash plates etc. 2 drinking glasses sitting (wrapped) but on window sill next to toilet was a bit cringe worthy. Could do with an extra bedside light.(only one supplied) Window was open on arrival and couldn't budge slider so we slept with window open. Old style hole in wall a/c. Reasonable value for money on todays market.

No wardrobe, very small bathroom hand basin,Tv on stand falling over, shower recess on floor slopping away from drainage grate leaving water banked up against wall near door frame,making the frame rust.Entrance door not able to be closed properly because hinges have come loose off frame.otherwise ok for over night stay.
