I must say the reception staff was excellent. I booked a day trip & got into some com problems. I asked help from the receptionist. She is so helpful, check my emails & call n help clarify the situation with them, even suggest change date or so.In the end i still did not get to go for the trip cos the other party not agreeable. She is kind even ask me to try get a refund though is supposely non redundable. I took her advice & tried. I got my refund. So thankful of her. Too bad i did not get her name. This incident happen on 28 oct. She is on duty that day. I am not sure if her race is consider an indian.

For a cheaper hotel in the Northbridge area I was really surprised by the quality of the accomadations and friendliness of the staff. The Hotel is lovely and kept to a superior standard. Definitely going back again whenever i need to stay in Perth

The housekeeping only makes the bed and change the towel and replenish the toilet roll and shampoo. I stay for 7 nights and i expect the housekeeping will clean the hair that stuck in the bathtub drainage but unfortunately no, i need to clean it myself or the water will not flow out.

Quiet location with easy access. A little Gem that I didn't know existed close to the city, reasonable price. I did find my mattress and pillows a bit harder than I'm used to.

We always like the location. The friendly people running the restaurant in the evening. The safe parking. The helpful staff. We don’t like the windowless rooms, particularly when we booked a room with a window. We will be back.

So many dining options around the hotel vicinity. The free public bus around Perth city is also close to the hotel. The car park is safe and secured. The hotel itself is well maintained.
