The Hotel stay itself was great but not knowing about a $100 deposit when you checking in isn’t, especially when you don’t carry a card, as you can’t use Fpos for a deposit for tap/pay. Lucky enough I had taken a note of my details. But they would have refused my stay if I didn’t or couldn’t do it, which isn’t good when you have just flown into WA from another state

Lovely our short stay!
Such good customer service. Free airport pick-up service and the driver was so friendly. Our room was some clean and tidy. We got the buffet breakfast in the morning which was delicious. Even though we only stayed 1 night, we would definitely recommend ato anyone looking for a clean friendly place to stay that is close by the airport. We would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and generally comfortable with good amenities and the property was generally clean throughout. However staff at reception were abrupt, unfriendly and unwelcoming, both on check in and departure. Although the room was fine I can not say that I felt comfortable at this property.
