It was a fabulous stay at the Hotel. I caught an Uber to the jetty but you could certainly walk. I went to the zoo. I recommend going early to beat the crowd. The facilities were excellent. There were lots of conferences and weddings going on so the hotel was a hub activity With lots of happiness. Spa bath was fantastic. Even better. Was the restaurant. I highly recommend coming here even if you’re not staying at the hotel I had barramundi. My friends had steak and a kilo of cooked muscles and they were all absolutely brilliant dishes. Most importantly the staff were both generous and kind as well as initiative to guest needs.

It was well presented, clean, and in good condition considering it's age. It had a full size Spa Bath and Kitchen with an Oven which is had to find these days. Good value for money, also scored a view of the Swan River!

Didn't have any issues with noise, room clean, but bathroom showing its age, so doesn't scrub up quite so well Checking out at 0515am, no staff in sight, found a cleaner who said they were on their way...20 minutes later they showed up. For Perth 0500am checkouts are not unusual. Check in experience was pretty ordinary as well, but resturant service was good.

Very nice room, though upon check in there was a large cockroach in the kitchen area. Kitchen, loungeroom and bedroom were clean. Bathroom needed a better clean, previous guest hair on wall of shower and soap scum build up on glass between shower and bathroom sink. Spa bath was very large and difficult to get in and out of when showering. Kitchen had plenty of facilities for two people. Staff were very friendly and check in and out was fast. Plenty of street parking available out the front.

Not worth the money.
Room was looking old, stains on mattress, sofa covers were down threads, sink didn’t drain, carpet was hairy, one plug for two sinks, generally quite dirty. Day staff were nice, evening staff appeared to not want to be there.

Stay spoiled by very noisy people in next room
We booked a suite and were disappointed to find the room was next to the lift. Had the get the bed remade as the sheets were too small did not fit the king size bed. Lucky we noticed this before retiring for the night. We were then woken during the night by people returning to their room next door who continued with noise until they checked out at 8am. We made several calls to night staff who visited their room but did not stop the noise. After another call from us complaining still nothing was done and then our calls were not even being answered. The manager has since contacted us with an apology and offer of some discounts for our next stay. However we are not sure if we ever want to return. Night staff need to take more precautions against this happening again.

There were skud marks in toilet boogers on the wall in lounge room old food stuck to lamp base and a musty smell through out the spa bath would have maybe fitted half a person whole hotel
