This is not an unpleasant motel and if you just need somewhere to stay for one night close to the airport it's fine. It's very dated but it is clean and the staff are competent and friendly.

A bit basic, but perfectly functional

Definitely nothing wrong with this place. Just a bit more basic than other place I've stayed on my trip in Australia. Room has everything you need: A/C, Shower, Toilet, Towels, Shampoo, and a bed with enough space for two people (I was on my own, even better!). A small bottle of wine, apparently included in the price too - if you like red wine, that's great. Maybe not the best idea to drink it before getting up 4 hours later... :) It wasn't expensive, so "value for money" is pretty good. Shuttle bus to airport worked for me (but if I had NOT listened to the staff, I could probably have gone to the airport an hour later - of course, you never quite know with airports and shuttle bus services).

Staff were very attentive , friendly and helpful. Rooms were large , clean and whilst some parts a little dated were more than adequate for my needs on a short stay and were excellent value. Property is a decent base to visit the city of Perth and surrounding areas but not alot in the immediate area if you didnt have a form of transport . Restaurant and bar did some very good food and was well looked after. Very happy with my stay.
