Small villa in the hills in the Marche region. Relaxation, Privacy 10 km > sea

The house accommodates MAX 4 adults and a child. 5 people in total, including children (Check the layout of the beds) Over time, we have had many requests from families with children, even very small ones. We have always hosted them establishing excellent relationships, but we always warn guests that we do not have safety devices in the house (stair gates, corner guards, glass and antiques, etc.) and that the type of furniture would not be suitable for them, therefore it will be your responsibility to pay pay close attention to your little ones.
Villetta sui colli in the Marche is located on the splendid position of the Pesaro hills 10 km from the city center and the sea, this villa is the ideal place for your holidays in Italy.
La Villetta is located in a strategic point for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of the Marche countryside, while going to the beach every day and it is an excellent starting point for visiting art and historic towns such as Urbino, Gradara etc.
Also in the immediate vicinity, 2 minutes on foot, a grocery store and about 15 minutes by car, you arrive at the splendid city of Pesaro.
A few km away is Fano and the Riviera Romagnola, Cattolica is only 17 km away.

On the ground floor: living room, dining room, large kitchen, dressing room and bathroom with shower.
On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
An internal wooden staircase communicates the two floors but, as you can see from the photos, we have also kept the very old external staircase that already belonged to the house at the time of construction.
The external shutters of the windows and large windows have remained those of the time, ancient, also restructured, but without distorting their shape.
The house is surrounded by a large enclosed garden, ideal for children to play.
Tastefully furnished, you can find some antique furniture.
Even if there is another villa behind the house, all the rooms open their windows towards the wide countryside and the garden.
Quiet and privacy are assured.
The wifi is not amplified in all areas of the house, external and internal, as, being a historic house, the walls are very thick. for now it has always been 100% functional in case of bad weather it could have difficulties.
There are security cameras outside.

PROHIBITION to bring inflatable pools of any size and type.
It is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN to recharge cars

- CLEANING COSTS from € 120 to € 180 (in cash at check out)
We will not charge the cleaning costs in advance at check in but directly on the day of check out. We have often had very clean guests who have left the house in perfect condition, it will be up to you

€1.50 per person per day (calculated for a maximum of 15 days) the fee is always updated.

in the house you will find a counter where you can view your consumption. At check out the costs and payment in cash will be calculated.

We inform you that the DEPOSIT you pay will not be paid to me as the owner, but will be retained by VRBO who will manage any disputes and the return of the same.

Dear guests,
In this particular period, we need your maximum cooperation so that we can have extra security.
- Thorough cleaning procedures will be implemented with specific products according to the guidelines of our region.
- It is essential that the house is left tidy and "clean" by you, at your check out, to reduce the work that the specialized firm will have to carry out.
ALL kitchen and personal waste must be thrown away by you personally and ABSOLUTELY NOT LEFT IN THE HOUSE OR OUTSIDE in the garden and used crockery must be CAREFULLY washed and placed in the appropriate spaces, carefully cleaned and disinfected.

- LINEN: ALL linen if required - Sheets - bath towels - tablecloth - kitchen towels - napkins - sofa cover etc. - blankets etc., at the end of your stay, must be placed by you in special bags, which we will put at your disposal at your check out.

- WE DO NOT PROVIDE, high chair, camping / coat linen, changing table and safety devices for children (stair gate, corner protectors, etc.)

- by law we cannot accommodate people who are not declared at the time of booking
- the communication of data to the police station and the signing of the contract are mandatory under Italian law. After booking you will receive the rental contract to sign and you must send it back to us by email with the identity documents of all the guests attached. (the contract is in Italian, for the translation you can use an online translator)
- unfortunately, for work reasons, we do not have flexible check-in and check-out times, a dear friend of ours will welcome you upon your arrival (times indicated in the rules)

- We remind you that for all damages suffered and caused by guests, only the person who made the reservation and his guests is responsible.
