Reception on our arrival was rude and unhelpful (better the next day). Hotel was in bad state of repair - wallpaper peeling off, carpets filthy. Many flies in the room. Number of our room was not on the sign so difficult to find.

Nice beds. Breakfast was adequate. Bathrooms had stains on the ceiling and poorly installed bathroom fan. Shampoo container was empty. Our initial room facing the gas station had flies behind the curtains.

Missing light bulbs & low wattage, coffee pot did not work, micro missing the rotating plate, desk staff poorly trained and acted as if they had many complaints but little they could do to help solve problems. Lady who served breakfast was very helpful and worked hard.

The AC unit was leaking into the room and created a humid mess. It was not fixed even though we brought it up. The fit and finish was also very poor with peeling walls, paint smears everywhere and the carpets were nasty. The continental breakfast was good and the staff were friendly...

The hotel is easy access to the main highways. There is a coffee shop and convenience store within walking distance. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. A good assortment of food and it was all hot.

The check in went well friendly staff, room could use some TLC the bathroom ceiling was peeling all over, the carpet was torn up a bit and there was 8 dead flies in the window ledge along with another 4 flying around.

1. they had discarded old furniture in the room. 2. There were dead flies (many) on the floor and window ledge. 3. The room was under construction, they had an unbuilt - unfinished kitchen area. 4. The bathroom had plaster unfinished in the bathroom. 5. The placement of the TV, not on a swivel mount, and the position of the bed and couch, made it impossible to see the TV. You were looking at the TV on an angle.
