O hotel é muito bem localizado, na principal avenida da cidade, perto de muitos pontos turísticos. Possui atendimento cordial por parte dos funcionários, boas instalações, quarto amplo e confortável. Café da manhã muito bem servido e saboroso.

A hospedagem tem uma otima localizacao. O quarto é bem simples e a varanda é compartilhada (nao chega a ser uma varanda, é a passagem para os outros quartos). A pressao da agua é otima, esquenta bem tambem. A tv nao é smart, mas, tem canais disponíveis. Uma coisa a avisar: o sino da igreja é bem alto, entao, você obrigatoriamente VAI ACORDAR as 7:30h. De hora em hora ele badala (mais suave) ate as 19:30h. O hotel nao tem restaurante, só o cafe da manhã.

Fiquei hospedada no quarto luxo, situado em um prédio mais moderno, atrás do casarão histórico, com uma belíssima vista para a Catedral de São Pedro. O quarto era bastante confortável, silencioso e com limpeza muito bem feita. O único barulho que ouvimos foram os sinos da Catedral, mas não me incomodou, muito pelo contrario. Voltando a Petrópolis, pretendo me hospedar no hotel novamente.

Já estive no hotel outras vezes e dá para ver que ele foi reformado, está bem cuidado, pintado, muito bem conservado. Os quartos são espaçosos, muito limpos, cama confortável, um café da manhã honesto, e super bem localizado. Tem espaço para parar o carro gratuitamente, e todos os funcionários são muito gentis e educados. Como fica ao lado da Igreja os sinos te acordam às 7:30, mas eu, pessoalmente, acho agradável o som dos sinos, pois não são tão altos assim.
