We really enjoyed our stay. The downstairs bathrooms, though BEAUTIFUL, were a bit messy! Our actual ROOM was great. I am a bit of a germaphobe and I didn’t really have any issues. Our flight home was cancelled and we ended up rebooking for another night- though it would’ve been cheaper elsewhere a just because of how great the customer service at the front desk was & how comfy that bed is! Bonus points for such a smooth check-in and out process! We were able to enjoy our stay with early arrival and late departure- complimentary check out until 1pm? Count me in. We will be back!

Don’t hesitate to book. Staff friendly and welcoming, super comfy beds, quirky decor. Walkable to everything you need in down town Philadelphia. Close to subway. Would definitely stay again. Two minute walk to Reading Markets.

Hotel is clean and modern. Despite being downtown, rooms were quiet. Very walkable to many restaurants and downtown events. We had an issues that was dealt with, the cooling drawer was broken and needed replaced.
