I left food and water bottle in the room that was taken away after room service cleaned my room. They were no where near the dustbin and were placed appropriately on the desk. I am a frequent traveler and have never experienced such a thing. Although it wasn’t expensive but still were my belongings and didn’t appreciate being taken away/thrown away without my permission. Will never recommend double tree to anyone.

No at all impressed by most of the staff we interacted with at the front desk. We had one great interaction but aside from that was pretty rough. I’ve had mostly great experiences at Doubletree, but this was brutal. Not sure I’d return to this one.

It was pretty awkward that there wasn’t a microwave and fridge in the room already, but I was at least able to request a fridge. Also, my bed was broken on one side, and there were bugs coming through the bathroom vent at one point. I sprayed the vent with Lysol and that did the trick. You have to pay for parking, but the control points for hotel guests don’t work. When I checked in I was told to just press the call button and by the third day there was a new directive for getting into the parking lot. Overall, I didn’t really have an issue with my stay and I’ll be there for another week.
