Outdated. Repairs needed. Dirty. Pet food and trash cans in the stairwells. Doors to outside were kept propped open. I think people were living in the hotel rooms. We had a cat outside our door meowing at 3 a.m.

The price is kind of of ok. The bed 🛌 was fine. Breakfast is not is the same every morning. I should’ve been told of the hotel situation before finalizing my booking. At the booking it looks like I was going to be at the Ambessy suites. I was misguided on reservation.

The kitchens were empty- no dishes or utensils. The insides of the cabinets were dirty. Someone above our room was pounding on the floor for 15 minutes, waking me at 4:15 AM.

There were small black bugs all over the room.. all in my bed. I asked to change rooms and they said no..the guy gave me new sheets to put on myself. RIDICULOUS!! DO NOT STAY HERE

When I arrived to check in, the staff was sleeping. I have to yell a couple of time until he woke up. After I was checked in, I went to my room and turned on the light and the first thing that caught my eye was roaches. I went down immediately to have my room switched and I was charged extra for the room by the system according to the staff. The second room also had roaches. Overall this place sucks and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and this is not just my word, the staff that checked me in also said he wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone he knows.

Terrible pillows and sheets with someone else’s hair on them. The TV remote only worked for one night. Staff wasn’t friendly and there were weird people hanging out in the lobby and yelling at people in the parking lot. But, the icing on the cake was when I wanted to shower in the middle of the day and couldn’t find a Do Not Disturb sign. So I did a hand written one out of desperation since housekeeping was on my floor. Some staff member grumbled at me that we aren’t allowed to do that. I’ve never ever heard of something so silly and risky. I’ll never stay here again.

It looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There was hair in the sink and on the toilet, the floors were visibly dirty as well as the fridge and tabletops. Front desk was nice but the room was just a mess.

This is a roach motel, figuratively and literally. I’d never stay here again. The reviews speak for themselves, so believe the reviews/feedback that people have left because it’s true I promise you! The staff were so unpleasant. They never welcomed us and had us standing in the lobby while they made it look like they were busy. 0/10, I don’t recommend. I want my $ back quite honestly! Roach on the door as well. Room was unclean. Stains on the sheet, stains on the kitchen and bathroom counter. I could tell the shower hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long.
