Only stayed one night primarily for ease of getting to the airport. My sister had an early flight and I had a late afternoon flight. It was convenient for both of us. In my case I could sleep in since checkout isn’t until noon. For my sister, she got at least an extra hour of sleep rather than having to drive an hour to the airport in morning traffic from our primary stay. As for the hotel, staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and clean. Only minus was that the in-house restaurant was only open for dinner. They did have a sister hotel across the street that did provide breakfast and lunch however. The shuttle bus to the airport runs every 20 minutes and no reservations are required. All in all a pleasant experience.

Missed flight so needed an airport location. Shuttle every 20 mins. Dinner was very good, I had the chicken sandwich. The staffing was all top nock from the shuttle driver to the dinner staff.

The room was in poor repair with paint peeling from the ceiling. There was no microwave in the room. The hotel technically had a resturant that you could order food from but the hours of service were useless and the menu options were mediocre at best.

Needs to be renovated. Hallway carpet looks old and dirty. Room doors are damaged and have large, obvious scratches. The furniture inside the room is old and there was a large cut-out in the wall covered but you could still see the big hole in the wall.

Gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. Door had sign on it do not disturb. Thank God for the sign, Otherwise I would have walked in on somebody. Went to the lobby, then they gave me key to right room. Told me I would get a discount rate for the night which I never saw.

I was given a quote for my hotel at some where around $143.00 and had reserved my room. I got there and they charged me $250.00. That’s quite a difference. Can you explain to me why the price difference from $143.00 to $250.00.

Unreliable late night shuttle pickup
We arrived at the airport around 2am and called the hotel to make sure the shuttle would come. They assured us it comes every 20 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, we called the hotel again and had them contact the shuttle driver. He showed up 5 minutes later. Slightly frustrating when the driver was clearly not busy and the hotel is only 5 minutes away. The rooms themselves were fine. A little beat up with some holes in the walls in the bathroom and scuffs everywhere. I also saw a sign at the front desk notifying guests that police have warned of an uptick in break ins in the areas. Bottom line, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable which are pretty high up on my list. If the shuttle was more dependable and they put more effort in the upkeep of the rooms, I would give a 4/5.

Stay was ok. Generally clean. Room was a bit dated. Door latch didn't work well, Took a couple tries to get it open. TV got very few channel. Those that did come in were grainy. Bed was ok. Front desk staff was good.
