The hotel was decent and clean. The smell outside the hotel however was awful! It smelled like a sewage plant.

Our stay was wonderful following flight from west coast. So quiet and comfortable and professional staff. The shuttle drivers were wonderful, helpful and efficient. When I found out receptionist lives in my Pa. hometown, I felt like I was back home again. We will easily return if traveling again to Philadelphia. The restaurant was amazing, delicious and the entire experience exceeded expectations in every way.

We booked two rooms and asked for connecting but did not receive that. I asked if they saw our request and the person said she wasn’t sure. I even called the day before to remind them of the request. Super loud, all we heard were modified cars street racing all night

We came in for a funeral and the first thing we see on thd outside is a dirty building we got nervous, no lights to make sure the area feel secure, check in was fine and the staff was pleasant, the lobby area was clean and up to date, The halls need a carpet clean on every floor including the bedrooms , the furniture in the bedrooms looked run down and old, our bath tub was leaking we just close the door it was too late to ask for it to be fixed. The odor on the floors was not pleasant not sure what it was, the sink was not in the bathroom which was just annoying. The beds didn't have thicks blankets only light sheets. It was 12 of us that booked and we got 3 rooms no one was happy. We have a church family here that we visit often but we now know we will not be staying here again.

A/C unit was so loud when starting and stopping. Sounded like a person kicking down the door. When you go to a hotel you expect to sleep. There was no sleeping in that room
