The pool was heated, but not enough to be comfortable. The pool room heat could have also been turned up. A spa would be a good investment for the future. Otherwise, the convenience of an on site restaurant and bar was great.

An amazing last minute stay
I had a delightful stay. It smelled so good when I entered the hotel; they were serving dinner. The hallways were clean and my room was very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was overall exceptional. The staff was very friendly, professional and patient. They experienced an issue with computers freezing or locking them out during the check in process. Only negative was the tub in the bathroom being concave and made it difficult to stand. Felt like I may loose balance or slip if not careful. Thank you for a great stay!! I fell out of the tub because it was so slick when I showered. I asked the staff for a slip proof mat after seeing a sign posted in the bathroom to request one if you need it. The first staff member said she would send one to my room. It never arrived. I asked a second staff member. She said she thought they ran out of them and would get back to me. She never did.

The A/C in the room rattled like a freight train. We had to sleep with it off. The faucet in the shower leaked badly. It was tightened but then way to difficult to turn on. The staff was responsive to requests.
