The hotel overall is nice and clean. The stuff very nice and welcoming. The only thing that they need to fix is the shower, the pressure is very low makes it very hard to shower. Very inconvenient.

I have one compliant, I stay here a few times a year but for some reason the breakfast setup was . I came down at 9:30 everything was finished there a long line for waffles. If there will be breakfast served until 10:00 then everything should be available until 10:00. The breakfast staff is awesome they are troopers. There’s a lady there I don’t know her name but she very accommodating but I saw she was giving a hard time. She only doing what she’s told. When it comes to food this area should be better this is for who she reports to.

We had an outstanding stay at the Homewood Suites. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the staff was exceedingly accommodating and it was exactly what we needed. Couldn't be more pleased with out stay

cell phone got stolen while checking out on front desk from nightstand - phone clearly locating inside the hotel when reporting the theft to front desk - no attempt made to investigate cleaning lady who was in the room at the time of theft - phone then tracked across Philly with no help or effort from hotel to investigate employee who stole it

Overall, it is a nice jotel. They do take forever to hanswer the phone. The shower head didn have alot of pressure. The bathroom sink leaked u derneath. Didnt like that some of rhe sidewalk ento the buildingg was flat and another section had a curb. Made it confusing and easy to trip!!!

I’m still attempting to retrieve funds back to my credit card. I was charged more than double $2423.00 on my JetBlue card. Today is Thursday 4 days after my return and all I see is a refund of $250. I was in the area visiting Temple University with my son whom will be attending this fall and the stay was a nightmare. Friday morning a staff member telling me I have to check out because I only pain for 1- night, obviously I said that’s completely wrong I paid 3 nights in advance. I hard to the front desk speak to some lady there. And she also said I only paid $222 for one night. I showed her my receipt from Expedia on my phone the assistant manager comes out. Carla Staples says these mistakes happen Mr. So and so, I said that’s not me. I’m Mr. O., she checked the computer and the staff never updates the name of the room nor the account number. Carla asked for my credit card for ANOTHER $250 deposit. I didn’t think nothing of it being relieved the previous issue was resolved and I’ll have a place to stay when I return from Temple University. Well the Hotel charged my $250 several times and an additional $716, that I’m currently still trying to retrieve. This has been quite the experience. I’ve called Hilton Headquarters NO HELP, emailed and called Carla Staples no response. I NEED HELP ASAP!!

Could do better in cleaning area. We complained about the room, and the supervisor came and looked at complaints. We let her know we took pictures & she replied she did as well. They put us in another room, which was a lot cleaner. For $265 for the night and the Hilton name brand hotel, I expected it to be cleaner. Sad, because the lobby and kitchen area was very clean.
