Whenever we’re in King of Prussia we visit Hyatt Place for a overnight get away or shopping trip. Front Desk clerks are always so nice and accommodating, especially Lawrence. He asked us if we were enjoying our stay and engaged us in polite conversation. He reminded me since I’m a member I have late checkout at 2pm. Our room was clean and the sheets smelled so good. Beds were comfortable! Firm like I prefer. Breakfast was very tasty. Certainly a home away from home.

Very close to a lot of Philadelphia area attractions. The hotel is modern with so many great restaurants close by at the KOP mall which is a 2 minute drive. Our room was clean, fresh and had everything we needed. Thanks to the amazing staff we had a great stay.

First I want to say the staff was helpful and kind. No complaints there. It was the room. Stsins on yhe couch. Red blotches on the floor. The cleanser or air freshener they used was overpowering. I got into my room late on the first night so I didn't want to change rooms that late ( it was offered). I was out all day the next day and when I got back it was still overpowering.

I read some mixed reviews about this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised with how great my stay was. The room was super clean, beautifully decorated and had a very nice layout. Staff was friendly and it was in a great location.
