This is a hidden gem in the city. Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated and larger than expected. We stayed 5 nights. The mini fridge was approximately 3cu ft so we were able to shop and prepare our meals. The area outside was quiet during our stay. I would recommend New Season Royals.

Two times in 2 weeks
This was my second stay in 2 weeks! I love the place. It is very secure and very well lit. I like the added security of the cameras outside and in the entry way. The neighbors were actually better this trip because they took the time to get to know me. I was nervous my first stay as I have a high end car, but I didn’t have any issues. I love it! Anytime I am working in the area again, NSR will be my one and only choice! Thank you for a great place to stay and I have already started spreading the word about New Season!!! Thanks again, Shawn

Me and my partner stayed two nights three days and we can say we had a great experience the room was clean and modern and there were cameras around the property so we felt safe, the only minor issue was parking but it wasn’t a hassle we will definitely be booking another stay here.

I loved the property even though the set up what's different then a hotel setting it's cleanliness, amenities, new and modern renovation, bed, ambience for the location was surprising well it was better than I expected. I would recommend this property and would come back Thanks guys

The property was new, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Although we had to catch the SEPTA train to the city every day; it was an easy 5 block walk to the Chester station. Everyone in this small town was very pleasant to speak with and most helpful with directions. Amenities included water, coffee & a small kitchenette that was well stocked.

The New Seasons is a wonderfully renovated building in a quiet neighborhood in Chester, PA. The accommodations were secure, well-maintained, clean and immaculately decorated. The property has two on-site parking spaces; however, the neighborhood also has a plethora of easily assessible and available street parking. The staff was extremely attentive and made themselves available to support any of their guests unexpected needs.

One of the best
The proprietors are one of the best host I have ever encountered in my travels. I had a couple of requests and they responded quickly and were able to fulfill them. The neighborhood can look sketchy late at night, but do not let that deter you from trying New Season Royals. The inside is modern, clean and comfortable.
