Never again...

Property is in sore need of upgrades, very aged and unclean overall appearance. Did the job for one night but skipped the unedible breakfast & got out of there fast in the morning before I caught anything infectious. Never again...

Based on my experience, I would rate it two stars rather than the advertised three. While the staff was courteous, the overall upkeep of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms had noticeable maintenance issues, including peeling wallpaper and drainage areas showing signs of rust and wear. These areas could benefit from much-needed updates to improve both aesthetics and functionality. The cleanliness was passable, but the general atmosphere felt outdated and in need of better care. If you’re looking for a budget stay and don’t mind an aging property, it might suffice. However, if you expect a well-maintained three-star experience, you may want to explore other options.

I came up for the Eagles celebration, the hotel is kinda far from good public transportation. The room was cold even though I turned on the heat. The sink and toilet had a weird drainage situation. They had a stupid breakfast policy where you can’t leave the room with food and breakfast is from 6:30-9:00 AM. The shuttle is supposed to take you to the airport but would go missing and no one would know where it was. It was overall horrible. 0/5 Stars. Would not recommend and Never Again!

I was being frugal and booked this hotel! I find it to be disgusting, dirty, smelly not what the pictures reflect. I would have paid a little more if advertising reflected true state of this hotel. Smells of marijuana on every floor, carpets are disgusting, bathrooms not sanitized, I know you get what you pay for but this is a disgusting place where I would never come, even for free!!

Pay for what you get so I’m not going to complain about the shape of the hotel or cleanliness if you know you know but I was promised a refund on a two night stay and I only stayed one if that maybe a few hours but instead of refunding me someone charged my card even more money didn’t call me and can’t get in touch with a manager it’s been 24 hours anew apparently she is the only one at the hotel so I have to wait in town another day just to see her going to take it as a loss end up paying 280$ for a one night stay wow thanks a lot . Was told the manager would call me all day and now all night still no one has reached out to me but someone at the front desk has charged my card again .worst feeling in the world is when you trust your information with these hotels and they take your money but expect you to be comfortable waiting weeks and days for money that should have never been charged . May god bless who ever charged my account and your days be long and prosperous 🙏 amen
