Front desk not good in answering questions and told me to come back in the morning. Staff doesn’t speak English and are hard workers. Translate helped. When one stays several days need towel change and trash removed.

The conditions are those of an Old Hotel. The bathroom on the room even thouhg they looked clean, the satins and conditions make it look nasty. But if you are jus crashing for a night. If the price is right, go for it.

Overall it as nice, except for the front desk. I asked for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport, and they told me they sent it, except they never told me the shuttle says "Wyndham Hotel" instead of "Quality Hotel". I spent an hour waiting for the shuttle, and called the hotel a couple of more times, and they just told me that the shuttle was on its way. The driver was nice, but made no effort in helping me into the van or with my bags. The front desk didn't want anything to do with me when I got there. Just gave me my key and somewhat told me where my room was. Only good thing was that it's close to the airport

staff was kind, place its close to the airport, parking was very limited near the main entrance, most spots are marked "reserved " , i was told told to park all the way around close to Denys, and when i tried to go in using my room card, the other wouldn't open, so i had to walk alll the way around to the main door.

I picked the hotel because it was close to my Monday morning appointment. Advertised a bar onsite which would be good to watch eagles game. There’s no bar. The Tv only got 4 channels so I couldn’t even watch the game in the room. No ice machine in premises that worked. I asked manager about tv and no channels there response was tv channels not working. In the end I had to go out to watch game spend money I didn’t wanna spend. I would never recommend this or any quality motels. Owners don’t care. I want me money back or credit
