Nice accommodation for the price and location, staff helpful and friendly. Be aware that SEPTA trains pass frequently (15-30 min) and sound their horns loudly from about 6:30am to 8:30 or so at night.

The room was great in size. I wish I had paid more attention as being on the railroad track side was awful. I appreciated the ear plugs though. What really bothered me was that we got a room with a pull out couch - my daughter pulled it out to sleep on and there were dead bugs on it. I let the front desk know and he asked if he wanted me to send someone up - but never offered a new room. I told him never mind. We would just crowd together on the bed. I assume because the bugs were dead that the room had been treated in the past. While I love the Marriott brand, this isn't a property we will revisit for our next visit to Conshohocken.

We will come back to this hotel because of 3 things that matter most to us: 1.convenient parking 2. Good breakfast, and it’s included in rate 3. Cleanliness- Please keep this up! It could be s tie breaker!

The staff were very friendly, polite and quick to respond to my needs. My only concern was the maintenance of the room. There was a light that was flickering and needed a bulb and the kitchen range had a broken knob. It was fine for me because I did not spend much time at the facility but it did spark my OCD. The facility was very clean and the room was very well designed for business or casual travel. The desk space was extensive and separations of the sleeping and sitting quarters offers multiple uses of the space for all members without disturbing each other. One suggestion, choose a room on the opposite side of the street side for the train comes often and the conductor has fun blowing his horn.

We came for a soccer tournament that my 10 year old son way playing in. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate not only us, but all the families staying there. They even put out snacks and gatorades for the kids as they came back each day. What a wonderful experience we had and I can’t wait to plan our next trip and stay at the Residence Inn.

This hotel is comfortable and a good value. The staff is always welcoming, taking the time to say hello and ask how you are. We stayed a week and enjoyed using the gym, pool, laundry facilities, and the complimentary breakfast buffet. The area is fairly quiet, except for the commuter train running nearby. The Schuylkill River runs behind the hotel. A lovely walking path following the shores of the river. In front of the hotel is the Schuylkill River Trail. This trail goes all the way from Philadelphia to Valley Forge. There is plenty of parking for a reasonable $12 per night fee. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had some minor issues in the kitchen of our unit, however the maintenance service came quickly to fix these.

Needs an Update
Time to refurbish this property. Most everything (including the beds) were showing their wear. Stained walls, missing closet doors, beat up furniture. In one of our rooms the grill on the AC unit was barely attached. One of our bedrooms had an outside light that shown directly into the room. Even with the blackout shades it was VERY bright. Breakfast was good and had a variety of foods.
