Awful. The furniture is old and scratched. Customer service is awful. Did not clean our room one day and we had to go down to get our own towels at 8pm when we got back to the hotel. Housekeeping said it would be a half hour for them to bring the towels. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty as were the windows to the door of the Sheraton Club which only had a coffee machine. Electricity, water, air, and phones went out with no way to get in touch with the desk. When we called corporate, they said they would let us know what the problem was in 3-5 DAYS, We were stuck on the 14 th floor. And, when we went to check out, no one was at the front desk or anywhere around. This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in.

Place was not up to part, bathroom had mold , room chairs were dirty and window was dirty .. pool was dirty and hot tub was extremely dirty.

Very nice and helpful staff. Room is nice but the bathroom is a little bit hard to move in. The bathroom door takes up the whole space. It’s hard to get around.

Somehow, I ended up with an ADA bathroom, which would’ve been fine except for that, my carpet outside my door or the bathroom got saturated when I got out of the shower also, they put me on the 14th floor, which had this lounge but I didn’t have access to the lounge. I don’t know if you have to be a certain kind of customer or what and I don’t like how they don’t have ice machines they have the ice already Bagged for you that was strange to me, but the room itself was nice. Normal hotel room.
