I thought the apartment was very clean and spacious for three guests. Parking wasn't terrible, after driving around a few times I was able to get a spot on the street. Philly is a tough city to find parking, not really the Sonders fault. My only issue when staying was the key code. Have to input it multiple times to gain entry into the apartment. That was a little frustrating when we first got there since everything is through the app and there isn't a "front desk" to go visit. Tried six different times before it finally went through. Other than that, location was nice, plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. We actually chose this location because we were going to a concert at the Fillmore and were able to walk there and back after the show.

Easy to get on the bus. Very close to fast food shops and coffee shops but no glossary shop or supermarket. That’s why there’s a little bit noisy outside because any cars are parked on the road.

DON'T!
DON'T! There is a train that runs every 5-7 minutes, 5am-12am 20 feet from the bedroom windows. The window quality is extremely low and does not block the noise. I am staying at the apartment with my daughter who hasn’t slept in 3 nights because of the excessive noise The walls in the apartment are extremely thin, we hear everything that happens in the hallway and neighboring apartments. The elevator was not working when I checked in forcing me to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor by foot. There is no workstation in the apartment although that is mentioned in the listing as a feature. The coffee machine is missing a piece and is not working properly. The water pressure in both showers is very low unless using extremely hot water which is not desirable in 100-degree weather. The carpet in the left side bedroom smells of urine

Spacious Safe but Loud!
We booked this property to have more space and a kitchen. It suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen had only the very basic elements-2 pots. 2 pans, no cookie sheet or anything oven related and absolutely zero cooking utensils. I requested that some be sent and no one ever got back. The neighborhood is lively and LOUD! Parties on the roof deck until late and the train runs from 5:3AM to 12:00 midnight. You can hear every train-especially in the back facing units. Our unit needed maintenance: a door coming off its hinge, the dryer in need of repair and a shower that needed a scrub.

Overall it was fine. There are no close convenient stores or similar so the “not so stocked” kitchen can’t be utilized for a 3-day stay. Frustrating that there is not a close spot to get the essentials. One of the appliances didn’t work. But the bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. It was a bit noisy at times but I think that is just the area.

The apartment was very nice, clean, spacious. But the building is near the SEPTA metro, and so quite noisy when the train goes by. Also, the elevator stopped working, which mean climbing up and down five flights.

The property itself is beautiful and clean , however the noise at night could be very loud, not only from people walking by but also from the cars and subway. PARKING is horrible should give a parking permit or charge for one.
