I think it was a great property to stay at. Very convenient that there are a lot of dining options around even in the same building. The only con was there was no water dispenser? There is a rite aid or a few grocery stores nearby to buy but it would’ve been great to refill my hydro flask. Other than that the check in/out process was easy.

Nice stay in fun ‘hood, but showers need attention
Have stayed at this property maybe 20 nights so far this year. It’s always good. Clean. Comfy bed. Adequate pillows and towels. Good location. A few things need attention, tho: the shower amenities are hard to use because the pump dispensers don’t work. Also, the shower floor is dangerously slippery. I’m not a klutz; it’s just far too easy to slip. Twisted my knee, in fact. Please install mats in the showers! I could see a real disaster happening with an older or less surefooted guest.

This was our first trip to Philly and the location of this was great. We were able to walk to Liberty Bell. Everything was very convenient. The hotel it self was very cool, loved how secure it was, everything was clean, would definitely stay there again in the future!

There were a couple next door fighting early in the morning (screaming at eachother) and there is no staff at all 8n order to handle situations like that. There is no parking available. The "hotel" was situated in a good area, but the lack of staff or concierge makes it feel like you are left on your own, and there is no help if you need it. The curtains do not go all the way down either so it's bright in the morning.

I was a bit worried about staying at a “self service “ hotel but place was safe , clean and quiet.. There’s a nice restaurant attached to the hotel so you weren’t completely people less … I didn’t have any issues accessing the hotel but I wasn’t able to use my phone to open my room door.. I had to use the access code… Also, you will need to connect to a streaming service for any Tv… All in all, I had a nice stay and would recommend..
