This is truly a one of a kind property. This will be a trip to remember. Just getting to the property is an adventure. The driveway is 5 miles into the western Maine Mountains and provides exceptional privacy, views and peace at the top. The house is located at an elevation of 3100’ and has 360 Degree Mountain View’s. Winter access is Snowmobile only with direct access to the Maine Snow Mobile Trail System. For the exceptionally adventurous you could snowshoe in, but it is a true 5 Mile Hike.

Unlike many remote properties this property has been completely modernized and provides spacious modern accommodations with large windows on all sides of the home. A modern kitchen with gas stove, and plenty of space to prep and cook.

This is a trip you will remember forever. This property is very unique and pictures do not do the views or the property justice. If you aren’t one for adventure then this property may not be for you. If you are looking to book a trip to remember forever then this is the one.

Wildlife sightings are extremely common, especially Moose.
The town of Rangeley & Saddleback Mountain is a 30 min drive from the driveway
Sugarloaf Mountain is a 50 min drive from the driveway and can also be seen from the house
There are many other ski and entertainment options in the area. But if you are renting this property it is best suited for those who love the peace and quiet nature provides and it also serves as an excellent spot for snowmobiling in the winter and hiking in the summer.

Hard to beat a good meal and a good drink while.sitting by the campfire with these views!

In Summer the property also has great access to hike Saddleback among other trails including the Appalachian trail. Or just explore the nearly 300 Private Acres.
