Catskills Cabin with Hot Tub near Skiing

For year-round relaxation, Omi House is the perfect spot to connect with yourself, your friends & nature! You can snuggle up around the fireplace in the living room or cook your favorite meal in the kitchen.

The outdoor deck offers seating, a gas grill where you can relieve your stress away under the stars. Whether you’d like to be outside amongst the trees or inside with a good book, Omi House is the retreat you need!

Please note we have a fee of $50 per pet under 50 lbs. Advise how many, along with type and weight. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture; any signs of pet hair as such will be assessed as an additional cleaning fee. Also, any furniture moved around and not placed back in its original location will be evaluated as an additional fee.
We provide one bundle of firewood per stay. Additional bundles are $15.

Our Wi-Fi is through spectrum and very strong we have had many guest work remotely on multiple devices with NO issues.

Our checkout time is at 11 am. Any late checkout will be assessed a $100 fee per hour, as our cleaning staff are on a tight schedule and need the allotted time to deep clean and sanitize for the next guest. However, if discussed and approved beforehand with the host, there will be no additional fee.

We ask that you not leave food outside or on the grill as we have curious animal neighbors.
This property is off the main road, parking directly in front of the house and a few steps up to the front door. If you have animals or a young child, please use caution near the roadway.
Also, note the yard is not fenced in, so ALL pets should be on a lease or supervised carefully.

Nice Stay
We had a nice stay here. We enjoyed the fire pit every night. The hot tub was nice but hard to get in and out of. If you have any physical limitations it can be tricky. The railway bikes nearby were a lot of fun.

The house was charming with comfortable beds and a cozy living room. The outside furniture should be replaced as my dog got her leg caught in the wrought iron table leg. As for the location, I was disappointed that we were not at the advertised location, this property was located 6 miles west of Phoenicia in Shandaken. I had made various plans and had to adjust for the extra distance. We did not use the hot tub or fire pit. The decor is very cozy and comfortable, however don't attempt to play any of the records there as the record player is for show only.

The wrong address was provided for the property. We struggled to get the correct address.
Once we got to the property we had a nice time snuggling by the fireplace and quick dips in the hot tub.

Cute stay, could be a bit finessed
Lovely exchange with the owner/property manager. Beds were very comfy. Location was close to a playground for our toddler. Hot tub was nice. Details in cleaning could have been tighter and some basic things were missing for cooking/bbqing and cleaning. But overall it was a pleasurable experience.
