This is my favorite place to stay in the whole Valley. It's more than the clean rooms, supper comfy beds, beautiful pool, and location. I feel safe and at home when I stay here. All the staff are kind and helpful. Even the other guests here have an extra kindness, everyone smiles and says hello. It's lovely to stay at the 3 Palms

Not sure what a property requires to be called a resort but this is more like a motel. Room smells rancid and carpet and furniture are falling apart and not clean. I had also added a night to my stay as my work trip was extended. When I checked in the lady at the desk said no problem at all and said I could stay in the same room. While I was working in the room the day that I had extended to, they made me come to the office and fill out paperwork. They were frustrated with me that I hadn’t checked out and checked back in. I told them the woman at the desk hadn’t told me I would need to do that. I then had to look up what time I had checked in because they needed to know who had told me that (they didn’t believe me). I also had to pay a second security deposit for adding that day. The staff was not friendly at any interaction. The cleaning crew came on the original checkout date and asked why I hadn’t left. When I explained I had added a day she asked if I needed cleaning service. I said no (was on a work zoom) and she was peering over me trying to see into the room. It was all very sketchy and they certainly didn’t treat me like they wanted me to have a good stay. They said next time I stay here to book thru them and not Orbitz. I won’t stay here again! I take a trip here for work every month and thought I’d try a new place to make my regular stay at. This won’t be it!

Property was centerally located with freeway access. On site restraunt, looks recently updated.. bed was comfrotable. Room floor was not clean when we arrived. Toilet handle broke mid stay and after appox 3 uses. Fridge was small and didnt function well at all. No guide on TV.. stab hole in wall pictire and sheets may need a bit mote bleach. Wife left hotel with 6 strange bite marks on legs after sleeping. Overall would not stay again. If you just need a comfy but questionable place to crash.. sure itll work.

We reserved a king sized room with the Jacuzzi bath but when we tried it, the Jets did not work. The AC would blow really cold and then shut off and we would get super heated. This unit also made a lot of noise. It was two very sleepless nights for us. Very disappointed subs this hotel had received such great ratings from others

Preparation is Better than Perspiration
I came here for a staycation and generally the rooms aren’t wheelchair accessible. I had an easier time getting into a regular room, but the bathroom door was not wide enough. When I got to the wheelchair accessible room, the ramp was more of a hindrance. The first night was fine, but the subsequent nights were not up to my expectations. There is only one ramp from the parking lot to the guest rooms, and someone chose to park on it, making it impossible to get to my room. I paid for an additional night, after I was told to do it online because it was cheaper, which I did, and when I went to check the lobby, they had already checked me out and told me I needed another deposit hold to stay for an additional night. If you choose to stay here, make sure you have someone with you to help, and that you have all of your nights planned in advance.

The owner was so kind! The room was clean, and pretty easy to get to. Having a washer and dryer there, too, was such a perk! And when i eent swimming in the morning, they were cleaning the pool; he was so kind! Would ABSOLUTELY stay again with just myself and/or my family!
