The room we had was a little damaged (pet friendly room) but we also weren't expecting a 5 star hotel. We got a great price, especially for how late we booked and everything else around the Phoenix area. We were there for about 4 days and it was very quiet. There was also lots of free parking and the breakfast was surprisingly delicious. Would def stay here again!

This was a very nice hotel. The service was excellent. During breakfast the servers were regularly cleaning tables and filling dishes making room for the next guest. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I especially enjoyed meeting Norman at the concierge. I had a great stay.

Quiet location, had a good night sleep. However the sofa bed was disappointing with stains and some odd added on foam pads that were to big for the sofa bed. The front desk person apologized for the inconvenience and offered a discount for our next stay.
