The hotel was priced right for the area. Breakfast was below par. No eggs when we arrived at 8am and the potatoes and sausage was undercooked. It was not busy so really no excuse for getting behind.

When after traveling to get to your hotel to sleep at 10 at night. Be sure to know your license plate on your rental car. If not, the employee will make you walk out and get it before giving you your key. And if you like street racing all night this location is for you.

Ice machines were not working. No option to get ice while we were there. Bed was hard and not comfortable. However, room was nice, clean and was close to my work, while my house AC unit was being replaced.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites Tempe Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. While I appreciated the comfortable room temperature and enjoyed the breakfast each morning, I did encounter some issues. Housekeeping didn’t come to clean my room or change the sheets until the 6th day, and that only happened after I had to come down and ask twice. For such a long stay, this felt like more than an oversight. Additionally, the lack of streaming options in 2024 is disappointing. On the positive side, the front desk staff, especially the two males and the female who were regularly there, made a significant impact on my stay. Their smiles, morning greetings, and genuine acknowledgment were truly appreciated. It’s rare to feel so seen and valued as a guest, and their hospitality stood out. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and appreciated during my stay.
