Check in was smooth and easy. The shower curtain rod was broken and wouldn’t allow the curtain to fully close. The door handle to the room (on the inside) fell off when we attempted to open the door to leave. For the almost $300 per night, this room was not worth it.

At best, an “average hotel”,

I was disappointed by this hotel in spite of the “excellent” rating I saw on the site. We stayed for one night. The left elevator was operation but had towels on its floor with a “caution-wet floor” sign; the back parking lot had a card access door, but the handle was broken so you could not re-enter and would need to walk around to front of building. Bathroom door lock broken, and vent fan likely had never been cleaned. Beds were comfortable and in good condition, and the staff was friendly. For $200 a night plus tax, I expected more, particularly for a hotel rated as ”excellent” on the website.

Housekeeping replaced towels and dumped trash, but didnt replenish coffee, creamer or make the bed. The bed was fine super comfy and i can make the bed. Room was clean and staff everywhere but in the breakfast area were super friendly. Airplane and emergency vehicle noise. Bring earplugs!
