Check in went quick. Room temp was 92 degrees. Batteries dead on tv remote, water pressure hardly any, no floor bath mat so has to use towels which left you short a towel for next person. Went to set wake up call on phone volume bad couldn’t set up just over all bad experience. Have stayed here in the past name was different. Breakfast was not good either. Also should have mentioned under construction before reservation was made

Nice renovations, sad breakfast
Rooms were clean and renovated nicely. They are in the process of completely refurbishing the hotel, when we were there our room was finished and the main area. The free breakfast was a little sad, only some cheap bagels, cereal and granola bars.

Property was under construction and looked rundown. Carpet was dirty in the hallways and paint was unfinished. Puke bucket left in hallway overnight. Probably won’t stay here again.

When I wanted to check out there was no one at the front desk. I called the front desk phone rang and rang No one was there to be seen and I was in a hurry for a doctor's appointment. Also, hallways were not refinished and had a creepy hotel vibe.

Specious and nice room
The room was very nice. It’s functional with new beds and linens and plenty of power plugs. Also it’s spacious and the sofa was comfortable enough that I wish I had one in my room. One disappointment is that there were black stains in the bathroom. I don’t feel good. Since I’m afraid to be charged, I went to hotel front and told the staff about stains and I didn’t make them. It is not nice to welcome guests with stains, I hope they can make them off soon.

Good value, friendly staff
Very friendly helpful staff. Property was undergoing renovations so it was a little loud and messy but the room was clean and nice. Breakfast was just bagels and fruit but Scottsdale has many excellent breakfast spots to choose from.

It was obvious that the hotel was in the process of remodeling. So, there was a mixture of older and new furniture, etc. That was the reason for 4 stars. But, this did not affect the customer. The staff was kind and helpful in the midst of all that transition.
