Clean rooms. Comfy bed. Easy and quick airport shuttle. Evening front desk attendant wrote the incorrect room number on the key sleeve, so after carrying several bags to the incorrect room and back down to the lobby and to obtain new keys, I wasn’t too thrilled.

AC and Bathroom fan were very noisy. At the time of booking it didn’t say there are 2 kinds of breakfast and your rate included the minimum one. The toasts and potatoes were burnt and I was shocked they brought them to the table. I will not go to any Crowne Plaza hotels from now on.
