Nice place to celebrate family
The house was nice and well maintained. Host was very responsive to issues we had and had maintenance sent out quickly. There was plenty of space for our family. Kitchen was well stocked and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice retreat.

We spent 3 days playing golf and celebrating a friends birthday. The property was awesome. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were great. The property owner was very communicative and accommodating. The property is very spacious and allowed all of us to have some personal space. We would definitely come back and stay there again.

A Happy Fourth...
Our family enjoyed a lovely Fourth of July staycation at this beautiful, well-appointed home in Goodyear! From the beginning, communication with host David was on-point: he was very hospitable and provided all the information we needed :) The backyard space provided beautiful views as well as a sparkling pool. Indoor spaces were comfortable, with many entertainment options as advertised: our family really enjoyed playing pool, foosball, and shuffleboard! Additionally, the basement was the perfect space for cozy movie nights! The location is in a quiet, tucked-away neighborhood, but close to everything. Thank you, David: we hope to come again!

We loved this property. The location was central to everything we wanted, yet in a quiet residential area. Backyard and pool was a great, sunny place to spend the day. Mostly, we loved how spacious the home was, with many living spaces to spread out.

Great for larger groups
At first, I was a little bit disappointed at the size of the back yard area. I thought it would be a little more spacious, but it ended up being perfect for our group and we pretty much lived outside for 4 days. We were pleased with the bedroom set up and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to have their own. The home was tidy, but you could see traces of the previous guests outside when we arrived, nothing major. I imagine a large house is hard to get totally perfect, and we are probably above average when it comes to cleanliness. The AC worked great, hot tub and pool worked great. None of the pool floaties held air so make sure you grab your own at Safeway if you require it. Kitchen was well stocked. There are cameras inside (main living room only) and outside. I understand the need, but I do think the interior should be covered while guests are there. Overall, I would say this home helped us make some fun memories and we enjoyed staying here. I think this house really is perfect for groups and people with kids. The host was always available to help answer any questions we had and check out was a breeze! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Fun and spacious house!
We had a family gathering with 10 people ranging from age 13 to 72 and we loved the house! The pool and hot tub were perfect! We loved the putting green, pool table and poker/game table as well. There was so much to do in the house we didn't even use all of it! Lots of rooms and a spacious living room to snuggle up and watch movies in the evening. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Desert Retreat
This house provided perfect lodging and launching point for a long weekend in the desert. House was exactly as advertised (or slightly better!). David was a responsive and gracious host. We were there for a golf outing with friends but this house would also be perfect for family gatherings, spring training adventures or the Super Bowl. Definitely plan to stay here again and have shared it with other friends who travel to Phoenix.

Fantastic Weekend! Awesome Property!
A group of 4 of us rented this property for game day and boy did it deliver. We cooked up a storm on Sunday night - Crab legs, Steaks, potatoes, asparagus, and the house had everything we needed - working grill, sharp knives, plates and dishes. We got creative when steaming the crab, using a pot and a pasta strainer, but it worked! The games around the house were fantastic, and we used all of them (aside the poker table, which we really wanted to use but just didn't get there). Pool was fantastic - so relaxing. I spent some great R&R time on the back patio just laying down and listening to music. We had the Sunday night and Monday night game on the living room TV. I do wish that they had the TV they have downstairs up in the living room, but that's just me nit-picking. Couches were comfy, beds were comfy, check-in was easy, overall it was an awesome experience! Pro-Tip - there is a local butcher right around the corner from the house. They have all sorts of great cuts of meat, including some A5 Waygu which we had Monday night. We left a bottle of their steak seasoning, and guys - if the owner doesn't steal it and use it for himself (wouldn't blame him if he did), USE IT! Pan sear, butter, herbs, and that seasoning. Make it happen!! I highly recommend this spot.
