The property was nice, the hot tub was broken and has been for awhile, the desk clerk fibbed to me about it, breakfast was nice. Pretty decent place.

The Hampton Inn @ Queen Creek is a lovely place! The hotel is clean and comfortable. It’s near restaurants and shops. The parking is convenient, and if the hotel is full then there is overflow parking in the adjacent shopping center or dirt lot next to the property. The staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast has variety and is well stocked.

First room had a non functioning bathroom. Had to request a new room. Our room was cleaned by housekeeping only once in five days. We had to request towels and toilet paper several times. The bathroom floor was filthy as well. Perimeter and hall way trash cans were over flowing with garbage. Just a poor experience for what we paid for the rooms. We have stayed at many other Hampton Inn’s and none were ever like this one.

Great service both at the front desk and getting breakfast in the morning. Water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired. Clean rooms and comfortable stay.
