There was no Hotel Staff in the Reception Office
When I arrived there were different groups of people with different problems waiting outside for anyone to OPEN the main Lobby there was no one inside and it was CLOSED. This caused me to return to my apt, others missed their fleights. I never was able to CHECK-IN and the local police came to check if there was any foul play. I guess an employee called off.

This is definitely a no frill place. No blankets, curtains with bandaids over holes, disintegrating cabinets and holes in the walls. Wasn’t worth my $65.

Very Dilapidated Property
This property needs a refurbishment badly. Your first impression is a lack of interest in customer service front desk attendant. The follow up is the visual appearance from the outside once you’re on property the doors are dented as if being kicked in at one time or another. The inside is dilapidated, walls in need of hole repair and painting. Bathroom door had paint bubble holes, kitchen appliances are very dated and dirty overall. The bathroom need repair, rust and the tub looked horrible. To the point of not even wanting to use even with shower shoes on. The pictures on the site do not show the true state of this property. The bed if one can call it that was a thinly cushioned pad on top of a metal spring frame, think of a pull out couch mattress without the couch.

The worst experience I’ve had. I was looking for a long stay on a decent and safe place but this is way the opposite. The person who attended me when I checked in is so unprofessional, ignoring most of my questions. I originally had booked three nights but ended up canceling two for the same reason above described - the condition of such studio - I got charged $100 for incidentals and was told that I was going to get them back. However, my stay was in October 29th and I still have not received my money back. I have called three times but all I have gotten is to call later and try to speak with the manager but no one has told me what time this person is in the office. It is obvious that they don’t care about the customer service at all. I’ll keep trying calling until I get my money back but I don’t think I will be back to such place. It’ll be great if after this survey, the manager call me and help me get my money back.

i reserved a room with 2 beds since October. we get there on 10/6 and no room avail w/2 beds as requested, was told it wld be avail next day. i was given a room with one bed, only 2 pillows, only 1 bath towel, non working refrigerator and non working remote to TV. it was the awful. complained to front desk, was given another dirty room with 1 bed, non working remote, no comforter on bed(only a sheet), one bath towel. next morning was told no rooms avail with 2 beds!!!! cancelled the rest of the reservation(2 nites) and was given a credit for $100 check in deposit. this was definitely the worst hotel i have stayed at and will NEVER stay there again nor recommend it to anyone!

First off, we had to check in late because they only had one housekeeper cleaning all the rooms. Second, rooms are used for long term stays so the rooms lacked blankets and towels! So I had to buy a blanket and I couldn’t get CLEAN TOWELS for our second day. My friends rooms was greasy and had roaches. And I still haven’t gotten my deposit back which btw…the audacity.

I could not check in past 11pm. So I got there 11:30 after landing at the airport at 8pm, received luggage and grabbed my reserved rental car. We drive there and was left stranded because there was no worker for the front desk. Then, me and my son had to find other expensive last minute options for somewhere to sleep. The next day, we come in to check-in and I was labeled as a no-show, so my room was taken the day before. So I had to miss my friend’s wedding (the reason why I flew into Phoenix), and find another hotel. This whole situation just made my trip terrible and a waste.

It was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. You could have found better accommodations in downtown baghdad. There was mould all over the bathroom wall that had been partially covered with spray paint. None of the cupboards had doors. The rooms were dank and filthy, room service didnt once visit the room to change the sheet. I say sheet because there were no blankets, just a sheet. The shower head was pulling out of the wall and the bathroom countertop was pulling away from the wall. There was no wifi, no breakfast, the mattress was shot and there was trash all over the property. It resembled some seedy drug den, not a hotel. Its an absolute discrace that i paid several hundred dollars for this dump. 1 star is a generous assessment. This place needs to be taken off of your website, nothing i have said here is hyperbole or exaggerated. Truly a disgusting property. I regret that i didnt take any photos.

After arriving around 5pm, we had to wait 20 minutes for a " room to be cleaned". The room was clean and fresh. But the floor tile is still loose, the bathroom door has a somewhat repaired hole in it and the general condition of the place is slightly above " ghetto".

I don’t like staying in a hotel when I’m in adirty moldy smelling and smoke smelling room and you have people working on cars outside and the car alarm is going off every 3 to 5 minutes and kids are running around yelling and playing at your door .. I hope you change things at this hotel .. please renovate your rooms and get rid of the moldy smoke smell out of the rooms !!

First, they did not have the room we reserved (double) and put us in a single bed room. The clerk stated that because that because we booked through Expedia, they were under no obligation to hold the room. There were cockroaches in the furniture and the toilet had skid marks all through it. We could not stay and checked out and went to another hotel. We paid for something we did not get.
