After driving 24 hours got to bed at 11:30 pm, was woken up 7:30 am to the fire alarm. We take the emergency exit, get outside and see people are still inside eating; come to find out it was a false alarm. That night neighbors kept me up until after 3 am. At 7:55 am I get woken to loud, aggressive ,repetitive knocking by housekeeping they then got cranky with me when I said we were sleeping. We’ve been here multiple times and usually love it but this was a horrible few days

Overall our stay was good. Unfortunately our room was close to an ice machine which seemed to create a moldy, almost sewer smell. Not sure if hotel has this issue on all floors but it was pretty evident in our case. But aside from that, rooms were great and hotel was nice.

My room 234 had a broken ac I fell asleep waiting for it to cool down and it was 74 it would make a loud sound once in a while but I can sleep through anything, I let the front desk know they were nice said they comp the parking fee
