There isn't much to like here. In our 3 day stay they didn't clean room even once. All dirty cups, trash nothing. Some used Kleenex from previous stay were also left on countertop. I spoke to front desk they seemed sympathetic but did not take any action. We didn't get our preferred room either and it was blamed on Expedia. Breakfast hours were also not flexible to match with area event (PDT ) Only stand out has been Ata in breakfast room, she simply phenomenal and attentive.

So-so

First, the bathroom layout means some contortions to get in or out. The bath towels were old and tattered. The tv was not a smart tv and the only way to watch something besides live txt was thru Crome cast, which rendered a mono-chromatic picture that was impossible to watch. The breakfast was so so but the staff was so overwhelmed they couldn’t keep up. Dirty tables and no utensil's. At their price point, this was disappointing.
