The front desk staff was great but that breakfast whitch should not be working for you. I stayed Th-Sun and had to tangle with her for 3 mornings. :(

We enjoyed this motel for the convenient location and pet friendliness. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Our room coukd have been a little cleaner, but I always travel with Clorox wipes. The bed had crispy clean linens, lots of fluffy pillows and super clean towels. The breakfast bar had a lot of fresh variety fruit, yogurts, bagels, bread, cereal, waffles, sausage, eggs, juices, coffee, etc. The employee running the breakfast nook was friendly, helpful and kept everything full. We would definitely stay at this La Quinta again.

The hotel is great, good rate, room was great. But i have a huge issue. There is a "Hidden" charge of 250.00 safety Deposit required. I travel on my debit card. They hold the 250.00 according to the hotel it could take 2 full weeks begore its returned. As a travel nurse i have been in lots of hotels over the last year. Most do not do this anymore. I wish i had known this before i paid for the room online. By the time you check in its too late to cancel the reservation. Thay was my only complaint.

We got put in a room on a floor that was meant for people with pets, the room smelled like urine, and there was hair in the tub and we saw a roach crawl across the recliner chair. They make you ask for room cleaning service rather than providing it unless you decline it. The cleaners are not very thorough, left trash in the room, did not clean the microwave or around the tub. The microwave looks to be 20 years old, no turn table, hard to open. Our stay there was not totally bad, but mostly unpleasant, and the breakfast food was not good. Coffee not good at all. We will choose someplace else if we ever go back to Mesa in the future.

The hotel is clean staff friendly. The hotel is too close freeway, very loud road noise all night long. Bed okay but pillows were not comfortable to hard. One night was all I could take. Also smelled cigarettes in hallway in none smoking hotel.
